The Detroit College Access Network (DCAN) is a collaborative network dedicated to making college a reality for all students in Detroit. We are a citywide coordinating body, aligning resources and programs to improve college enrollment and graduation rates. By mobilizing our community and providing vital support, we aim to remove barriers and foster a college-going culture across Detroit’s high schools.
